Production

Whether a two-layer wallpaper or a design with up to 72 passes through the screen-printing machine “Julius,” our team works like a well-coordinated ensemble, where every step contributes to the final
masterpiece.

NEGATIVE CREATION

Using the screen-printing process , each individual color is applied to the paper one after the
other. At the beginning of the process, a hand-painted negative is created. This is how the
design is transferred onto translucent paper using black ink.

EXPOSURE PROCESS

First, a light-sensitive layer is applied, and the negative is placed on the screen. During the subsequent exposure, the areas hit by the light harden, making the screen partially impermeable.

Teamwork

At every step of the process, we ensure the targeted quality, which we finally confirm for each individual roll with our quality seal.
